MTN Unified App is a comprehensive unified platform for POS users and agents, designed to consolidate all MTN public and commercial services into a single, seamless, and secure experience. The application provides four core pillars of functionality: EVD (airtime and voucher sales and purchases), eKYC (SIM registration and activation), MoMo (electronic financial transactions), and field operations, which will be introduced in future phases.
The platform serves users, customers, agents, and merchants, bringing together a wide range of processes, including sales, transfers, account management, stock requests, and SIM registration, all through a unified and consistent experience across both web and mobile platforms.
